Services

Individual therapy is available on a weekly basis with the same appointment time and duration (50 mins) every week. I work with adults offering short and long-term sessions depending on client need.

I am currently seeing clients online and in person at 53 Davies Street, London W1.

My approach to therapy

You as a person are at the centre of my approach to therapy.

When life is a struggle, it can be surprisingly helpful to speak to someone who really listens, carefully, warmly, and without judgement. It can be a starting point to finding a way forward, especially if it is currently difficult to speak to those around you or you’re going around in circles with an intractable issue.

My approach is to work alongside you to help you achieve your objectives and to help you develop a more understanding and accepting relationship to yourself.

Ultimately everyone is their own life expert. By working together, we can help fine tune this expertise to deliver on what brings you into therapy.

Initial session

At our first meeting, we will explore what brings you there, whether we could work well together, timeframe and next steps. Should an initial session not lead to working together, I will endeavour to signpost you towards alternative support.

Fees

I offer a free 15 minute call to introduce myself, address any concerns that you may have and for you to ask any questions.

My fees are £100 for a 50 minute online session or a face to face meeting at 53 Davies Street, W1. I also offer a concessionary rate for students in psychotherapy training.

My sessions are usually covered by the following major health insurance providers:

My cancellation policy is 48 hours’ notice otherwise the session fee is charged for.

Payment is required in advance (24 hrs prior) by bank transfer.

Please feel free to get in touch by phone or email to arrange an initial phone conversation.

Location

My practice is located at 53 Davies Street which is on the corner of Davies Street and Brook Street diagonally across from Claridge's Hotel. It's a large black door, with steps up either side, which faces onto Davies Street and is a short two minute walk from Bond Street tube. You will be greeted by the reception team when you enter the building and the room itself is a calm, bright and private space.
